"I’ve been nervous boarding my pup since his first week long boarding experience (not with Hayley) didn’t go well- with email updates about my dog being difficult and requiring a lot of extra attention.

Hayley took all of my concerns seriously, and listened as I explained all my dog’s likes, dislikes and quirks. She gave him the opportunity to get comfortable with her dogs with structured introductions and pack walks and he was soon off leash and hiking with her pack. In all the picture updates he was having a blast- even helping with her chicken coop (which is amazing given his past fascination with birds).

He has not experienced any regression with his training and his reactivity since being back, which was a big issue after his first boarding experience.

Hayley was really flexible with pick up and drop off based on my flight times and Kendra was quick and responsive when booking me in. I won’t be boarding my pup anywhere else!
